RMA Request (return merchandise authorization)

We at Omega Africa pride ourselves on distributing Tier 1 brands from around the world, however a product can fail if you unfortunately received one of these faulty items we would like to help you resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Your RMA Procedure

  • You call us and register the warranty (Click here for info)
  • Omega Africa then sends a replacement item out on delivery with 24 hours of RMA been registered at no courier cost to our client
  • Omega Africa will send the relevant courier within 24 hours of the RMA been registered, to pick up the defective item from our client. There will be no courier cost attached for our client
